About Ben Grossman
(prefer my official bio?)
Hi there, my name is Ben Grossman, and I’m an advertising, marketing, and social media strategist. I live and work on the edge of integrated marketing communications, where I spend my time embracing my passions for social media, trends, and creativity. I can honestly say that I go to sleep nearly every night and wake up nearly every morning thinking about brands, their challenges, and how to execute innovative solutions that will define the future of marketing.
I consider myself a super-strategist, because I possess a unique blend of traditional marketing knowledge and skills, and have experience applying innovation in practical ways. My dedication to continuously augmenting my knowledge of every step of the integrated marketing communications process allows me to engineer and sustain integrated strategy. I know what it takes to execute my ideas and often, can execute them myself. My passion for my work, ability to think outside the box, adeptness at research, and strict attention to detail enable me to get results that clients love.
In the past, I’ve worked with both agencies and clients, engineering integrated marketing campaigns with a heavy emphasis on social media and multi-dimensional integration. I’ve been immersed in agencies such as Arnold Worldwide, Carat, Oxford Communications, Street Attack, and The Rendon Group, where I’ve worked with brands like Hollywood Tans, Prime Retail Outlets, Carnival Cruise Lines, Quick Chek, Reebok, AOL, The Century Council, Wachovia, First Act, and Mashable. My experience with those agencies and brands covers areas ranging from pitch, to research, to strategy, to creative execution, and everywhere in between.
Currently, I work as an Interactive Strategist at Oxford Communications and speak regularly on topics ranging from social media, to millennial marketing, to marketing for start-ups. As a confessed ‘people enthusiast,’ I’m always interested in meeting new people and talking about potential projects. If you’re interested in working together in the future, I’d love to talk with you.
